How STRYK Ventures handles website inquiries, privacy choices, and site data.
Who we are
This policy describes how STRYK Ventures, Inc. (“STRYK,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you visit strykventures.com. Contact hello@strykventures.com with a privacy question or request.
Information you provide
When you send our contact form, we receive your name, email address, business name, message, selected service, and any optional phone number and website address. We use these details to respond, understand your request, and manage our business relationship. We do not add you to a marketing email list through this form.
How inquiries are handled
Form submissions are saved in a private inbox hosted on Cloudflare and sent to STRYK by email. The form also records basic referral or campaign information when available. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers to reduce spam. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive account information.
Analytics and your choice
Optional analytics remain off until you choose “Accept analytics.” If you accept, Google Tag Manager loads the site’s configured analytics tags to help us understand page visits and contact actions. Analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, or message. Advertising storage and advertising personalization signals remain denied by default. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage.
Security and technical data
Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and browser signals to deliver and protect the site and to run Turnstile. Essential security functionality operates regardless of your optional analytics choice. Service providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Retention and sharing
Website inquiry records are automatically removed after 180 days. Email correspondence and client records may be kept longer when needed for an ongoing relationship, business records, or legal obligations. We share information with providers needed to host the site, deliver email, secure submissions, and operate analytics when enabled. We do not sell the details you send through the contact form.
Your requests
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us by emailing hello@strykventures.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted for legitimate business or legal purposes. Privacy rights and available requests can depend on where you live.
Other websites and changes
